SheEO Leadership Experience is a 5-day summer program for middle school girls designed to teach leadership skills and connect girls to female leaders in the community. Each girl will be paired with a mentor, participate in workshops, and learn valuable skills that will help her develop her own strengths and determine areas of leadership she would like to better grow.

Schedule:

9:00 AM – Welcome and Icebreakers

9:30 AM – Camp Overview and Goals

10:00 AM – What is Leadership presentation and workshop

11:00 AM – Self reflection activity – My Strengths and Superpower (Present to group)

12:00 PM – Lunch with mentor

1:00 PM – Team Building presentation and games

2:00 PM – Journaling session

3:00 PM – Physical activity exercise

3:30 PM – Snacks

4:00 PM – Creative expression – Vision Boards

4:45 PM – Reflection and recap day
